Ive been coming to this location for a LONG time at least 7 years and its always been great. Until recently. Around 5-6 months ago Im not sure what happened but I started having some experiences with rude baristas (not all the time just something I noticed more of) and my orders has been getting messed up a lot. Id say its like a 50/50 chance I go and something is wrong. I've asked for nk whip cream on several occasions, to the point where it will say "no whip" on the label and I still get whip cream. I've had situations where they give the wrong size on many occasions. One time I had asked for the thicker boba straw and I was told they didnt have any after I was given the drink where you need the straw to drink it or you have to pop the whole lid off.. I didnt say anything about it and moved on. My dad goes in and was given the straw when he asked no problem! He didn't even have the drink! Im not a confrontational person and there are a few very spectacular people thag do an amazing job everytime and always exceed expectations. I didnt want my complaint to fall onto them and I understand how hard the job is and how difficult customers can be. Im not trying to be that person. It is

Rude barista, I buy way too much Starbucks and have been ordering the same drink for years. The barista told me that drink does not exist, was very rude and did not speak to me when I made it up to the window .

Completely screwed up my order. My Macha was made as a chai and I have no idea what was done to my Carmel macchiato but there is zero Carmel taste, it was so bad I ended up just throwing it away. Love Starbucks but I won't come to this one ever again

Great location. Friendly salespeople. Cozy. Clean. It's so nice when you travel and stay in such a nice place where you're greeted with a smile. You get a boost of energy after a long journey. It's nice. Thank you for the positive vibes.
